Seeking an experienced Training & Development Officer to join the team. This role can be based either at Mt Cotton (Brisbane) or Allora (Darling Downs) and offers the opportunity to influence learning outcomes across a diverse and growing organisation.

About the Role

You will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering engaging training solutions that support operational excellence, compliance and employee capability across the business.
Working closely with leaders and operational teams, you will identify learning needs, develop innovative learning resources and ensure our training programs remain current, effective and aligned with organisational objectives.
This is a varied role combining instructional design, digital learning development, stakeholder engagement and project coordination.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Design, develop and evaluate engaging training programs and workplace assessment processes.
- Develop blended learning solutions using face-to-face, digital and e-learning delivery methods.
- Create digital learning content using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Litmos LMS or similar platforms.
- Develop training plans, learning resources and compliance documentation.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
- Research emerging learning technologies and recommend innovative training solutions.




- Travel between operational sites to support training delivery and business needs.

About You

- Demonstrated experience in a Training & Development, Learning & Development or similar role.
- Experience designing and evaluating workplace training and assessment programs.
- Experience delivering adult learning using multiple training methodologies.
- Solid instructional design capability.
- Experience using Articulate Storyline 360, Litmos LMS and video creation/editing software or similar platforms.
- Experience developing engaging digital learning resources.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- High-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between operational sites.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent.
- Qualifications in Learning & Development, Education, Organisational Development or related discipline.
- Experience working within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
- Experience with Rise 360, Peek 360, Studio 360 and Microsoft Clipchamp.
- Experience with student administration or learning management systems.
