What You’ll Do

- Own and execute the digital marketing strategy
- Build, optimise and scale existing Google Ads & Paid Search channels while testing and scaling new lead gen channels
- Drive full‑funnel lead gen and improve CPL, CPA & ROI
- Manage SEO, social lead gen, EDM/SMS and referral channels
- Lead, mentor and grow the marketing team
- Improve attribution, analytics, automations and martech stack




- Oversee CMS/website rebuild and continuous optimisation

- Proven ability to build and optimise paid media campaigns yourself
