We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy Fitness Manager to take the reins at the iconic Oran Park Leisure Centre.

Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, you won’t just be "overseeing" a gym, you’ll be the heartbeat of our health and fitness offerings. This is a full time leadership role designed for a strategic operator who knows how to balance high performance results with an exceptional member journey.

What you’ll be doing:

The Face of the Club: You’ll be on the floor, engaging with members, correcting form, and ensuring every person who walks in feels like part of the family.

Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and grow a diverse team of fitness professionals to deliver gold standard service.

Master the Journey: Own the BlueFit member experience, driving retention through genuine connections and "solutions minded" customer service.

Dynamic Programming: Oversee daily operations, group fitness, and small-group training to ensure our community stays active, healthy, and engaged.

Growth & Performance: Drive participation and sales targets while ensuring the facility remains a welcoming, premium workplace for all.

About You

You are a seasoned fitness professional with a "community first" mindset. You have:

Proven Experience: A track record in managing health club operations with expertise in group fitness, sales,



and retention.

Natural Leadership: The ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of trainers and staff.

Technical Excellence: Certificate IV in Fitness (or higher), and a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.

Safety First: A current WWCC, First Aid, and CPR (or a willingness to obtain them).
