We are seeking a motivated Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice to join our team. We welcome applications from apprentices at any stage of their apprenticeship, with 1st and 2nd year apprentices particularly encouraged to apply.
We are a family owned business primarily operating in the commercial sector across Brisbane and surrounding areas, working on offices, retail, hospitality, and industrial facilities. This is an excellent chance to develop your skills alongside experienced technicians and build a long-term career in a highly skilled trade.
About the Role
You will work alongside qualified technicians learning to install, service, maintain and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Work locations vary across Brisbane and surrounding areas. This is a physically active role that requires early starts, working in varying conditions and learning both practical and theory components through your apprenticeship training.

- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors, on rooftops and on construction sites
- Able to follow instructions and work safely
- Committed to completing Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
Requirements
- General Construction Induction (White Card)
- Manual Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Willingness to obtain additional industry licences and tickets (training provided)
- Basic hand tools or willingness to obtain them
