The Opportunity

- Report directly to the Construction Manager.
- Learn how to estimate, schedule and supervise trades and repairs.
- Exceed KPIs through structured training using our industry-leading technology.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

- Insurance or estimating experience is not essential - we will teach you the technical skills.

Mandatory Requirements

- Cert III in Carpentry or strong building-related experience.




- Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction and willing to apply for a QBCC Supervisors Licence.
- A willingness to learn estimating, scheduling and supervision.
- A basic understanding of building practices (knowledge of NCC/WHS advantageous but can be taught).
- Confident with computers and mobile devices and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes.
- Proactive nature with a strong work ethic.
- A strong commitment to safety and working as part of a KPI-driven team.
