- Experience or a passion for menu creation.
- Work and operate a kitchen on your own during your shift
- Support breakfast, all-day dining, and / or light evening service depending on shift
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain the portioning food levels
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus
- Ensure food is prepared and presented to high standards
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Assist Head chef with inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen organization
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
- Regulating temperature for different cooking equipment (grill / oven)

- Position-Full Time (38hours / week)
- Salary-$75,000 to $80,000 a year plus Super
- Experience – Minimum 1-2 years
- Qualification -Cert 3 in commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Preference will be given to Australian Citizens / PR
