Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE) invites applications for this School Senior Leadership position with the capability to:

- lead the religious life of the school and build a vibrant Catholic identity within the school community;
- grow the engagement, progress, achievement and wellbeing of each student in the school; and
- build a sustainable school community, ensuring stewardship of resources with transparency, accountability and compliance.
- collaborate as an instructional leader with the secondary college and parish community to strengthen teaching and learning, foster Catholic identity, and support the flourishing of every student.

About you

To be successful in this position you will be:

- A strategic and innovative educational leader who inspires excellence through vision, integrity, collaboration, continuous improvement, and responsible stewardship of a community




- A visible and relational leader who builds trust and fosters strong partnerships with students, staff, families, and the wider community.

Bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:

- Experience as an Assistant Principal, Assistant Principal Religious Education, Deputy Principal, Head of Campus or Principal, or a senior role providing support and leadership to Catholic schools, or equivalent experience
- Experience in teaching, and leading the teaching of, religious education.

Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements

- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT)
- For this position you are required to be Catholic (or a faith partner of one of our ecumenical schools).
