The Opportunity

Objective Pro Solutions is partnering with a growing South Australian business to recruit a Conveyancer in a part-time capacity (School hours or 3-4 days per week).

This is an opportunity to join a client-focused business where you'll manage a diverse range of conveyancing matters from instruction through to settlement. You will play an important role in delivering a high standard of service while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

About The Role

- Preparing and lodging conveyancing documentation using industry systems.
- Building solid relationships with clients and providing clear, proactive communication throughout the conveyancing process.
- Liaising with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, financial institutions, solicitors and other stakeholders.




- Managing multiple files while ensuring accuracy and meeting key settlement deadlines.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and embracing new technology.

About You

- A minimum of 12 months' experience working in conveyancing.
- An Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing (or equivalent qualification).
- A Conveyancer's Licence (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Solid communication and client relationship skills.
- The ability to manage your workload independently while working collaboratively within a small team.
