The Impact You'll Make

We are seeking an individual that is willing to work hard with providing assistance to multiple job sites.

As our Junior Project Manager, you will work alongside our Senior Project Manager to further advance your management skills, as well as bring your Carpentry expertise and skills to the Company.

Key Responsibilities

Site Inspections:



Audit sites to ensure alignment with safety regulations and ISO accreditation.

Team Guidance: Provide practical advice to site teams using your carpentry knowledge.

Carpentry: use your carpentry knowledge/skills for hands on work, as required

Site Assistance: Provide our teams with assistance such as deliveries and materials handling. As we are a small company, your roles will be diverse and no two days will be the same.

Key Criteria

Licensing: Current NSW Carpentry Licence.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Traits: Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
