This beautiful centre is licensed for 85places a dayacross fivebeautiful studios.We are looking for1 confident and experienced diploma lead educator to join our existing team. Catering for children aged six weeks tosix years our facilities and philosophy are unrivalled inthe Early Childhood Educationindustry. With its ownChildren's Cafeteria (Piazza), dedicated Art Studio (Atelier), large natural playgroundsand risky play outdoor environments.

At Goodna Smiths Road Kids Early Learning Centre, we are currently seeking a diploma qualified educator to join our established team of dedicated professionals. This full time role involves working 5 days a week across a range of opening and closing shifts.

We are participating in the Worker Retention Payment Grant! If successful you will receive an additional payment on top of your above award pay rate.

The successful applicantfor thisrolewill:

- Take pride in the presentation of the centre




- Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children
- MUST hold a Diploma in Children's Services.
- MUST be available to work 4-5 days a week for opens and closing shifts for the centre
- Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children
- Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Show a clear understanding of the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)
