Why you will be Excited by this Role

As one of the fastest growing coatings manufacturers, you'll get exposure and variety thats hard to find in a smaller, slower-moving teams. From day one, you'll be trusted with real ownership. You'll be the creative voice behind three distinct brands - All Purpose Coatings, Products by APC, and Resi Art. You will shape how each brand shows up online, from trend-driven reels that spark conversations to everyday customer interations that build genuine loyalty. This role give you the kind of varied, portfolio-building experience that usually takes years to build elsewhere, and you will love that no two weeks look the same!

You will flex between established brand guidelines and the freedom of building a newer brand's presence from scratch, keeping work genuinely engaging. In the first 12 months, you will have grown brand awareness and expanded the audience across all three brands;

- Build brand-aligned and engaging content strategy for three brands under one roof
- Launch and grow the 'Products by APC' Instagram presence from the ground up
- Contribute to a cohesive visual presence, on trend-led short-form videos, reels, TikToks and stories as a part of the job and not as an afterthought
- Develop and manage content calendars aligned with goals, seasonal promotions across key platforms




- Work directly alongside the Marketing Manager, with real input into brand straategy and direction

Your Background

- Demonstrated expeirence creating content across multiple social platforms
- A strong sense of brand tone and consistency, with sharp attention to detail
- Ability to create captions that are engaging and on-brand
- Digitally savy
- Solid time management with the ability to juggle content and priorities
