We're partnering with a Queensland Government organisation to recruit an experienced Delivery Coordinator to support the successful delivery of a portfolio of ICT initiatives.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating delivery activities, supporting governance, managing schedules and dependencies, and ensuring outcomes are delivered in line with project objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project activities across multiple ICT workstreams, ensuring deliverables remain on schedule.
- Support Project Managers and Product Owners with planning, documentation and delivery artefacts.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including scope statements, schedules, dependency maps, options papers and work packages.
- Coordinate technical SMEs, business stakeholders and external suppliers to achieve key milestones.
- Support Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- Assist with backlog management, user story prioritisation and delivery planning using Jira.
- Maintain project schedules, resource plans and delivery roadmaps.
- Monitor and manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
- Prepare reporting and provide updates for governance forums and senior stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across technical, operational and business teams to support successful project outcomes.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Experience coordinating ICT projects within a large or complex organisation.
- Previous Queensland Government or broader public sector experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery and project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or MSP.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
- Robust written communication skills with experience preparing high-quality project documentation.
- A proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving issues and driving delivery outcomes.
- Experience supporting Scrum teams or working within Agile delivery environments will be highly regarded.

This role will be offered as a contract until July 2027 + view to extend.
