Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trade Assistant to work with our teams across our client’s sites in the Hunter Valley area.

Assist trade teams with specified tasks to fulfil the scope of works.

- Adhering to both Strike Force Services and Site policies & procedures

Previous trade assistant or labouring experience with a sound understanding of relevant tools & equipment.

- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in valuable working order
- Current driver's licence (manual licence preferred).
- Own transport to get to & from work.




- Understanding of Health & Safety practises and requirements
- Keep work areas clean and organised
- Ability to complete and pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing. We have a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol. Note that testing is ongoing during employment.
- Working Safely at Heights and/or Hot Works
- Previous experience in a trade assistant or similar role within the mining industry
- Understanding of health and safety practices and requirements within the mining industry
- Order 45 Medical
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
