eDiscovery Consultant / Senior Consultant

We are seeking a Consultant and/or Senior Consultant (two roles) to join our dynamic team based in Sydney or Melbourne. These are full time positions with a focus on service delivery, technical competency, and developing an understanding of lawyer needs.

As an ediscovery consultant, you will:





- Understand the client's situation, goals, and challenges.
- Care about the job, the task, and the client's high-pressure situation.
- Work individually and within the team on project requests for data uploads, searches, platform support and document production.
- Guide clients on how to use our technology to achieve their desired document review outcomes.
- Implement and manage the solutions built on our eDiscovery platform Everlaw, and a range of other tools (including a private Claude Code, and many other models).
- Communicate effectively with the client and the internal team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services.
- Take responsibility for seeing data management tasks through to completion and client acceptance.

You will have some or all of the following:

- Experience in technology, ediscovery or related fields
- Knowledge of ediscovery best practices, workflows, and analytics tools
- The capacity to learn new technologies and thoughtfully consider how they can be applied and validated to client problems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- A collaborative and customer-oriented attitude
