The Role – Assistant Strata Manager

This is a great opportunity for someone with strata experience who is ready to step up and further develop their skills within a supportive and structured environment.

In this role, you will:

- Support a portfolio of strata schemes alongside an experienced Strata Manager
- Assist in preparation of meetings, minutes, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate maintenance, insurance claims, and contractor works
- Assist with client communication and respond to enquiries promptly and professionally




- Work closely with our internal support teams to deliver exceptional service

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in strata management or a related assistant role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Familiarity with WA strata legislation (or willingness to learn)
