Kanda is seeking a Residential Care Worker to support young people in protected home environments across multiple Queensland locations. You’ll help with daily routines, school, meals and life skills, and build trusting relationships to promote independence.

Training, local leadership and on-call support are provided to help you respond confidently to challenging situations. The role uses The Sanctuary Model and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention to create stable, supportive environments.
