The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations is seeking a Chief Counsel/First Assistant Secretary of the Workplace Relations Legal Division to lead a team responsible for providing expert legal advice on workplace relations, health and safety, and workers’ compensation framework matters.

You will drive legislative reform, oversee litigation involving the Minister, and collaborate with policy divisions to ensure an integrated approach to reforms.
