Rochedale Family Practice is a modern, AGPAL-accredited, privately owned general practice committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred healthcare. We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is a part-time position (2–3 days per week), with flexibility for the right candidate.
About the Role
As part of our experienced nursing team, you will provide a broad range of clinical services, including:
- Chronic disease management (GPCCMP)
- Health assessments
- Immunisations and vaccine management
- Wound care and treatment room procedures
- ECG, Spirometry and ABI assessments
- Assisting with minor procedures
- Infection prevention and quality improvement
- Patient education and health promotion
About You
You will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience working in Australian general practice.
- Strong clinical and organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with Best Practice software (preferred but not essential).
- Experience with chronic disease management and treatment room nursing will be highly regarded.
