We require a self-driven maintenance and landscape person to maintain and service our diverse property portfolio in Northern NSW.
Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for general maintenance to our buildings and common areas
- Liaise with Trade people on specialised tasks when required
- Perform general preventative maintenance activity
- Perform general gardening and landscaping duties this includes tree trimming, lawn mowing and general gardening duties
Requirements:
- First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
- Hold a current driver's license
- Full time hours (38 per week) 5 days per week- Monday to Friday
- Handyman experience (this includes knowledge of building, plumbing, electrical and general repairs but doesn't require to be trade qualified)
- Excellent personal presentation
- Able to work independently
