Hydro Tasmania invites applications for a Mechanical Fitter Apprentice program starting February 2027. This four-year scheme will earn you a nationally recognised trade qualification while you learn from experienced tradespeople on renewable energy assets.
You'll gain hands-on experience, complete TAFE studies, work with SAP and other industry tools, and develop safety, problem-solving and teamwork skills across our generating sites in Tasmania. Applications close 26 August.
