A highly regarded private clinic on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our Patient Concierge Team as we enter an important new phase of growth and expansion.
Positioned within the premium healthcare and wellness sector, our clinic delivers a highly personalised patient experience within an elevated, design-focused environment integrating advanced medical, wellness and aesthetic services.
We are seeking an individual who naturally embodies professionalism, discretion, composure and exceptional interpersonal presence.
This role is suited to someone with previous experience within specialist medical reception, private healthcare or high-end clinical environments who understands the importance of detail, patient experience and operational excellence.
Our patients expect a level of care, communication and refinement beyond that of a traditional medical practice.
As the first point of contact within the clinic, you will play a significant role in shaping each patient’s experience from arrival through to ongoing care coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering a highly professional front-of-house patient experience
- Managing appointment coordination across medical and wellness services
- Handling confidential patient information with discretion and maturity
- Supporting daily clinic operations and practitioner workflowManaging phone and email communication to an exceptional standard
- Assisting with patient journeys, treatment coordination and ongoing scheduling
- Assisting with medical imaging pre & post treatment
- Upholding presentation, organisational and service standards throughout the clinic environment
We Are Seeking
- Previous experience within medical reception or private specialist practice
- Robust administrative capability and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A polished, calm and emotionally intelligent presence
- Confidence working within high-end service or healthcare environments
- Ability to multitask and remain composed within a dynamic clinical setting
- Experience with practice management software (highly regarded)
- A genuine appreciation for premium patient care, wellness and modern healthcare environments
