- The successful applicant will join a team of experienced Support Workers to provide individualised support to a female Participant living in Terrigal for short periods of time in the morning and evening, shared across a team, 7 days per week.
- Experience supporting Participants living in their own home, who have acquired a disability and require support with independent living and complex care tasks.
- Qualified applicants are required for this role as delivering high intensity supports is required.
- Casual SCHADS Award Weekday rate for qualified applicants $43.23 to $44.59 depending on level of qualification and experience.

Essential Skill Requirements:

- Cert III or higher in Disability/Community Services/Individual Support or related field
- Demonstrated experience (6+months) working in this field
- Experience providing respectful supports within a person's home
- Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills





Mandatory Compliance

- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid including CPR
- Valid Driver's Licence & Vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Infection Control Training

Highly Desirable:

- Experience supporting individuals living with the impacts of an autoimmune disorder.
- Experience supporting Enteral feeding.
- Experience supporting personal care, meal preparation and domestic tasks.
- Our Participant's preference is for *FEMALE support workers.
