About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career as a Finance Broker.

Responsibilities

- Managing client enquiries from application through to settlement.
- Understanding clients’ needs and recommending suitable lending solutions.
- Liaising with lenders, dealerships and suppliers.
- Collecting and assessing supporting documentation.
- Building long-term relationships and generating repeat and referral business.
- Delivering exceptional customer service every step of the way.

Who We’re Looking For





- Experience as a Business Manager, Finance & Insurance Manager or Sales Manager within a dealership (highly regarded).
- Experience in finance, lending, banking or mortgage broking (also highly regarded).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.

No broking experience?

If you have the right attitude, strong sales or customer service experience, and a willingness to learn, we’re happy to provide training for the right person.
