What you can expect here:

Our 12-month grad programme gives you structured clinical and professional development from day one — weekly one-on-one mentoring, in-house tutorials, and shadowing with experienced physios. You won't be left to figure things out on your own.

You'll also get genuine exposure across a broad range of specialities — think hydrotherapy, neuro, MSK, sports, home visits, and Pilates, with pathways to develop further into areas like vestibular, TMJ, and Women's Health. Most new grads don't know yet where their interests lie, and that's fine — we see it as our job to help you figure that out. Rotating through different areas early on means you get to try things on for size, find what you genuinely enjoy, and build a career around it rather than guessing.

The team genuinely enjoys working together and helping each other improve. There's no ego and no unnecessary pressure,



just people who care about doing good work and supporting one another.

We're growing — three clinics now, including our purpose-built site established last year, complete with a dedicated Pilates studio and rehab gym. That growth means real opportunities for where your career can go from here.

We also back your ongoing development with a generous PD allowance, paid study leave, internal workshops, and support for external courses.

Your caseload will build up gradually and at a pace that suits you, and we make sure there's proper time built in for admin and learning — not just back-to-back appointments.

And the location doesn't hurt either — modern, light-filled clinic spaces close to cafes and a short walk from the water.
