About the Role:

As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a crucial role inensuring our customers receive the correct parts in a timely manner. Yourprofessional communication skills will help maintain strong relationships withour customers.

This fantastic opportunity would suit someone who haspreviously worked in a workshop or dealership environment in Parts

This role also includes rostered Saturday mornings aspart of the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide sales / parts interpretation support to retail customers and workshop employees.

Prepare and order parts.

Perform inventory control / stock take

Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners

Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement

Requirements:





Agriculture, Turf, Earthmoving industry experience and formal parts training would be advantageous but not essential

Proven ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and management

Solid computer skills, including knowledge of stock control and parts ordering systems

Excellent customer service, organisational, and time management skills with the ability to think on your feet
