We're seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to become part of our high-performing multidisciplinary team. In this frontline role, you'll deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients and their families in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

As the Registered Nurse, you will:
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient-centred care
- Recognise and respond to clinical changes
- Engage patients/carers and support safe discharge/transfer
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice
- Maintain professional accountability
About You
We're looking for a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Successful completion of a Graduate Nurse Program or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience working in an Emergency Department.
- Demonstrated knowledge and clinical skills to assess patient needs, develop and document person-centred care plans, and coordinate safe, effective and timely discharge or transfer.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while responding confidently and flexibly to changing clinical priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, families and colleagues.
- A strong commitment to person-centred care, cultural safety, evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
