Key responsibilities

- Providing knowledgeable and personalised assistance to customers in selecting the perfect furniture pieces for their homes or businesses
- Demonstrating product features and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Achieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Maintaining a visually appealing and well-organised showroom to showcase our furniture collections
- Assisting with inventory management, product merchandising, and stock replenishment tasks
- Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborating with the broader retail team to provide a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the furniture or home furnishings industry
- A minimum of 1-2 years retail or sales experience is required for this position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers
- Strong product knowledge and the capacity to understand and articulate the unique features and benefits of our furniture offerings
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets through proactive and consultative selling approaches
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Permanent residency status is required for this position
