Jim Pearson Transport is seeking an experienced operations supervisor to support busy transport logistics across Queensland. You will lead a small team, ensure timely data entry and driver paperwork, and plan local pickups and deliveries with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring at least 12 months in a heavy vehicle ops role, solid communication, and the ability to perform under pressure. Weekly pay, uniforms provided, and genuine growth opportunities are offered.
