Medcan Group is a leading Australian medicinalcannabis company focused on quality, innovation, and patient outcomes. As wecontinue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Officer to supportour warehouse, inventory, purchasing, and logistics operations.
About the Role
The Warehouse Officer will work in a team thatis responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch ofmaterials and products within a GMP, TGA and GACP regulated environment. Thisis a varied role involving warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasingsupport, forklift operation, and deliveries between company sites anddispensaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch goods accurately.
- Load and unload deliveries and operate a forklift safely.
- Perform stock movements, transfers, and inventory transactions.
- Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Raise purchase orders and support purchasing activities.
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
- Complete warehouse and inventory documentation accurately.
- Assist with audits, stock investigations, and compliance activities.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards.
- Undertake deliveries and transfers between company sites when required.
About You
- Previous experience in warehousing, inventory, stores, or logistics.
- Proven Microsoft software use, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Current forklift licence (LF) and valid driver license
- Solid attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good computer and inventory system skills.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
