1918 Bistro & Grill is a Barossa institution set inside a beautifully restored home built in 1918. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to take ownership of daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a busy, full‑service restaurant with confidence, professionalism and genuine hospitality.
About the Role
- Full responsibility for front‑of‑house operations
- Lead, mentor, and support a passionate FOH team
- Oversee service standards, reservations, guest experience, and staff performance
- Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Manage rosters, training, stock control, and daily operational tasks
- Contribute to venue growth, consistency, and reputation
