Yamba Welding & Engineering is seeking an experienced aluminium welder/Boilermaker to join our Carrington team. The role involves working on high‑performance boats, fabricating and welding aluminium components, and contributing to fabrication projects in a agile marine shop environment.

You will collaborate with a skilled team to meet production deadlines, operate hand and power tools safely, and apply sheet metal fabrication techniques. Experience in marine or similar industries is valued.
