What You'll Be Doing
As a Service Advisor Trainee, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the dealership's service department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and assisting with service enquiries.
- Booking vehicle servicing and repair appointments.
- Liaising between customers and workshop technicians.
- Keeping customers informed about the progress of their vehicle.
- Preparing invoices and processing payments.
- Completing administration and front‑of‑house duties.
- Assisting with the day‑to‑day coordination of the service department.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has a genuine interest in the automotive industry.
You’ll ideally have:
- A passion for the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A professional, friendly and reliable attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn.
- A current driver's licence is preferred but not essential.
Eligibility
Applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents to be eligible for this traineeship.
