We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist to join a growing professional services team based in Mitchell.

About the Role

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a professional and welcoming environment while providing administrative support across the business.

Your responsibilities

- Greeting clients, visitors, and contractors in a warm and professional manner
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
- Maintaining accurate records and updating information within internal systems
- Coordinating office administration tasks, including mail, supplies, and key registers
- Supporting the smooth running of daily office operations





About You

- Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with people
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- A positive team player with a great attitude
- Comfortable working in a busy office environment
- Experienced in reception, administration, customer service, or a similar role

Experience within property, real estate, professional services, or a client-facing environment would be highly regarded, however we are open to candidates with the right attitude and transferable skills.
