About The Role
We're looking for a motivated and ambitious person to join the Indi Creative team as a Meta Ads Manager.
If you're naturally creative and love working with people, we'd love to hear from you. Strong communication skills are a must, as you'll be working closely with clients and the team every day.
No previous Meta Ads experience is required as we'll provide comprehensive training across every aspect of the role, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising, Canva design, creative strategy, campaign management, client communication, and performance reporting.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in digital marketing while working alongside a rapid-growing Australian agency.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating and managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- Designing ad creatives using Canva
- Writing ad copy and campaign content
- Monitoring campaign performance and making optimisations
- Working alongside our account management team
- Learning advanced digital marketing strategies
- Building and managing your own portfolio of clients over time
