About the Role:
You’ll play a key part in attracting, mobilising and supporting contractors for new and ongoing assignments. This includes mapping talent for future roles,
posting job ads across job boards and social platforms, staying in regular contact with contractors, and growing your network through referrals.
As a Recruitment Consultant, your day-to-day will also include:
- Bringing fresh ideas to the table and supporting your teammates to drive collective success
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
- Building genuine client relationships and understanding their hiring needs
- Running candidate assessments and interviews
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of industry trends and market shifts
Where This Can Take You:
Strong performers will have a transparent path into leadership - overseeing recruitment processes, mentoring junior consultants, and helping shape strategic direction for the team.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years' experience either on a construction site or in an office role within civil construction, OR a relevant degree/TAFE qualification (e.g. Business, Marketing, Construction)
- Strong, confident communicator who genuinely enjoys connecting with people
- A real eagerness to learn and grow within the industry
