An excellent opportunity is now available for an Inventory Administrator to join our team. This is a hands‑on role that requires attention to detail, efficient multitasking, basic accounting and use of spreadsheets, plus an ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Your rolesupports the Company’s Inventory Controller to ensure the effective management of inventory and the acquisition of stock, on budget and in a timely and efficient manner.
Key job responsibilities:
- Accurately complete stock receipting for all goods received
- Generate accurate purchase orders
- Source components from local suppliers
- Perform cyclic stock counts
- Help to investigate quantity discrepancies between stock and computer-based records (this requires you to complete physical stock counts in the warehouse)
- Prepare stock adjustments and stock transfers for approval
- Track shipments and help to address any delays
- Support the inventory controller to complete accuratedemand forecasting
- Complete inventory related reports and data entry tasks
- Other stock associated data entry tasks or projects

About You:
As the successful applicant for the role, you will have;
Previous demonstrated experience working in a similar administrative based role is desirable, however above all else we are looking for someone with a willingness to learn and a flexible, professional, and positive “Can Do” attitude towards work
Previous experience using computerized inventory or accounting packages will be an advantage
Solid ability using the Microsoft Suite
