Cyber Security Program Coordinator
$820 incl. super per day
Initial contract roughly until end of financial year 2027
Hybrid/Sydney based
About the Prospect
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Cyber Security Program Coordinator to join a high-performing technology team supporting a large-scale enterprise cyber portfolio.
Working alongside Program Managers, Project Managers and senior stakeholders, you'll play a key role in coordinating multiple cyber initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently through strong governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement. This is an excellent prospect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across complex enterprise technology programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the delivery of multiple Cyber Security programs and projects.
- Maintain portfolio reporting, including project status, financials, risks, issues, dependencies and resource tracking.
- Support project governance activities including onboarding, change requests, project closures and benefits tracking.
- Prepare executive reporting, presentations and governance packs for senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate project and program meetings, agendas, minutes and action registers.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and governance repositories.
- Monitor and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) across the portfolio.
- Assist with procurement activities, purchase orders and vendor documentation.
- Collaborate with Cyber Security, Technology, PMO and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
About You
You'll bring previous experience supporting enterprise technology or cyber programs and be confident working across multiple initiatives in a structured project environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience as a Program Coordinator, Portfolio Coordinator or Project Coordinator within Cyber Security, Technology or IT.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, reporting and project lifecycle management.
- Experience working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Experience preparing executive reporting and coordinating governance forums.
- Exposure to financial tracking, procurement and commercial processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (experience with Google Workspace is also beneficial).
Nice to Have
- Experience working on Cyber Security, Infrastructure or Enterprise Technology transformation programs.
- Exposure to PPM tools such as Clarity, Planview, ServiceNow PPM or similar.
- Experience with SAP Financials, Ariba or other procurement systems.
- Commercial or business case experience.
