About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sales and Digital Marketing professional to join our team at our Seven Hills NSW location on a full-time basis. This is a key role that bridges sales and digital marketing, playing a crucial part in driving revenue growth and building our brand presence in the digital space. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns whilst simultaneously managing sales activities to achieve business objectives. This position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our company's growth trajectory and work with a cooperative team committed to delivering results.

Key responsibilities

Develop, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, content marketing and digital advertising

Manage and optimise customer relationship management (CRM) systems to enhance customer engagement and retention

Identify and pursue sales opportunities whilst maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships

Analyse digital marketing performance metrics and provide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness and ROI

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives

Create compelling marketing content and messaging that resonates with target audiences

Manage social media accounts,



monitor engagement and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive insights

Support the development and execution of promotional campaigns and special offers

Track and analyse customer behaviour to inform targeted sales and marketing strategies

What we're looking for

Proven experience in digital marketing and sales, ideally within a direct marketing or CRM environment

Strong understanding of CRM platforms and digital marketing tools and technologies

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both internal stakeholders and external customers

Demonstrated proficiency in social media marketing and content creation

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills

Experience with email marketing campaigns and marketing automation platforms

Knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads is advantageous

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
