THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a 6-week temporary contract, ideal for an experienced Property Manager who can confidently step in, keep things running seamlessly, and provide exceptional service while our Property Manager is on leave.

You'll work closely with our Principal, Jeremy, and our wider team to manage a well-maintained portfolio, ensuring our landlords and tenants continue to receive the high level of care Junction is known for.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Your role is simple: protect the experience.
Protect the relationship.
Protect the story.

Day to day, that means:

- Building genuine, long-term relationships with our landlords and tenants

- Managing maintenance with clarity, empathy and speed

- Conducting entry and exit reports with precision

- Completing routine inspections and delivering thoughtful follow‑up

- Assisting leasing where required

- Using our tech‑first systems to elevate efficiency and create consistently great outcomes

WHAT YOU’LL NEED





- Driver’s licence & reliable car

- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent communication, written and verbal

- Corporate presentation that reflects our standard of care

- A can‑do attitude and energetic presence

- Comfort with technology and the willingness to embrace change
