Pymble Golf Club is a vibrant and member-focused club offering premium hospitality services across our clubhouse, bar, and event spaces. Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and contribute to delivering outstanding service in a friendly, welcoming environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of the bar's day-to-day performance, ensure compliance with all licensing requirements, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional member and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise all bar operations, ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and hospitality.
- Manage and develop bar staff, including rostering, training, performance feedback, and succession planning.
- Oversee stock control, inventory management, supplier relationships, and cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), liquor licensing laws, health, and safety regulations.
- Create and maintain an engaging,



member-centric beverage program and positive bar atmosphere.
- Work collaboratively with the Club Operations/House Manager to support functions, events, and promotions.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales reporting and budget targets.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in a bar management role - ideally within a club, hospitality, or premium venue setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- RSA certification (mandatory).
- Excellent customer service focus and ability to build robust relationships with members and guests.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and problem-solve proactively.
- Sound financial acumen and a passion for delivering quality beverage experiences.
