The Inspections Manager plays a key role in supporting the Property Management Team by conducting accurate, timely property inspections and reporting of maintenance. This role ensures properties are well-maintained and compliant with tenancy laws, while also contributing to the efficiency of the property management division.
This is a blend of field-based and office-based activities. It requires robust attention to detail, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to work independently while representing McKeering Real Estate professionally.
Key Requirements
Experience in inspections; entry condition, exit condition and routines
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify maintenance issues
Highly organised, able to complete multiple inspections daily
Confident using property management software (training available)
Customer-focused, professional, and able to work both independently and in a team
Current QLD Driver’s Licence. Access to vehicles is provided.
Experience in real estate, property management and inspections
Knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
