Drexler Litigation Lawyers is currently seeking an experienced and career-driven individual to join us as a Paralegal.
The Role
Duties include:
- Assist Solicitors with the day-to-day handling of clients claims
- Collate and draft documents, general correspondence and court forms
- Liaise with clients
- Liaise with insurers, medical clinics and defendant solicitors
- Schedule appointments and diary management
- Prepare briefs to Counsel
- Filing, photocopying and general administration duties and other ad hoc duties as required or instructed
Required Skills
- Experience in personal injury law would be preferable
- Demonstrated experience in court document preparation and general correspondence
- Solid organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail
- Clear sense of self direction and ability to prioritise tasks
- Work well under pressure
- Proven ability to work as part of a strong team
- Great attitude and commitment
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 1 year experience as a paralegal in personal injury law. More experienced candidates are also strongly encouraged to apply.
