Jumbo Interactive Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a team-oriented, customer‑focused contact centre agent to support inbound queries across phone, email, chat, and the Help Centre.
You will help customers with account access and secure tasks, log interactions in Zendesk, and work shifts across early, midday, and late rosters on a rotating fortnightly schedule. Full training and buddy support are provided to become largely self-sufficient within a few months.
