About the Role

As a Shift Team Leader, you will oversee staff on the allocated AM shift and ensure operational targets are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. You will support daily warehouse activities while maintaining safety, accuracy, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, support, and manage staff on the AM shift

- Train and develop new team members in safety and service standards

- Coordinate stocktake and inventory count processes

- Record and elevate customer complaints through internal procedures

- Pick, pack, and process customer orders

- Monitor equipment and report any issues

- Support continuous improvement initiatives

- Assist with KPI analysis, reporting, and issue identification

- Maintain strong OH&S; practices and preventative maintenance

- Ensure operational efficiency and workflow coordination

About You

- Located in or near Geebung

- Prior experience in a supervisor or team leader role





- Strong Microsoft Office skills (essential)

- Experience with SAP (highly desirable)

- Previous experience in distribution or logistics (highly desirable)

- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm (with occasional overtime)

Requirements

- Full and unrestricted Australian working rights (no visa sponsorship)

- Valid National Police Check

- Forklift licence

- HR licence (highly desirable)

- Successful completion of pre-employment medical
