Linx Finance is a well-established finance brokerage with a robust reputation for helping businesses secure tailored equipment and commercial finance solutions. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Finance Broker to join our team of six in Wagga Wagga.
This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys building long-term relationships with business owners, getting out into the local community and becoming a trusted broker to their clients.

The Role
This is a client-facing business role where your focus will be on identifying new opportunities, leveraging your existing network and building long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
Your primary focus will be finance across industries including:
- Civil and construction
- Agriculture
- Transport and logistics
- Manufacturing
- Trade and industrial businesses
While the majority of your work will be equipment finance, there may also be opportunities across residential and commercial lending as client needs arise.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing new business through networking, referrals and relationship building
- Leveraging your existing network while continuously expanding your client base
- Building trusted, long-term relationships that lead to ongoing business and referrals
- Meeting with business owners across the Riverina region
- Understanding clients' business needs and structuring tailored finance solutions
- Building strong relationships with lenders and referral partners
- Working closely with the Broker Support team to deliver a seamless client experience
- Managing your pipeline from initial enquiry through to settlement
- Representing Linx Finance within the local business community
About You
You're someone who enjoys connecting with people and understands that successful business development is built on trust, credibility and genuine relationships.
You'll ideally bring:
- Previous experience in equipment finance, asset finance, commercial lending or business banking
- An established professional network within Wagga Wagga or the surrounding regional community
- A proven ability to generate and grow you're own business opportunities
- Strong relationship management and business development skills
- Experience working with SMEs across industries such as construction, civil, agriculture or transport
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, self-driven approach with a genuine passion for helping clients succeed
Experience in residential or commercial lending will be viewed favourably but is not essential.
