AM Visuals is a video strategy-first content marketing agency based in Blacktown NSW.

They are engaged by a variety of clients across Greater Sydney – working closely with marketing teams and business owners alike – to deliver testimonial videos, brand and website videos, YouTube and social media content, event coverage and podcast production.

This is a senior hands-on role requiring someone who can manage client relationships independently, lead creative concepts from brief to delivery, and oversee a team of editors — while remaining deeply involved in
production and post-production themselves.

You’ll work directly with marketing managers and business owners, so the ability to communicate confidently and build genuine client rapport is as key as yourtechnical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Planning & coordinating creative concept through to final delivery
- Creating & Developing storytelling strategies and creative concepts aligned with each client’s sales and marketing objectives
- Manage client relationships independently – acting as primary point of contact and account manager for key retained clients
- Liaise directly with client marketing teams and business owners to understand briefs and deliver on objectives
- Produce diverse content including testimonial videos, brand videos, YouTube content, Instagram Reels, event coverage,



update videos and podcasts
- Integrate 2D animation and motion graphics into video and social media projects
- Plan and coordinate shoots including location scouting, talent and crew management
- Manage and oversee a team of editors – providing creative direction, feedback and quality control
- Manage project timelines and budgets across multiple concurrent productions
- Integrate AI tools into daily production workflows to improve efficiency and output quality

Skill & Experience

- Minimum 2 years professional experience as a Video Producer
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects including motion graphics
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve for post-production and colour grading
- Demonstrated experience managing editors or a small production team
- Experience producing content across multiple formats
- Experience working with small businesses, building industry or property development highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to liaise confidently with marketing managers and stakeholders
- Strong client-facing and account management skills
- Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with AI-assisted production workflows (Claude, Eddie AI or similar) advantageous
