We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Store Manager to lead our crew at Chatime 580 George St and help bring that experience to life every day.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Lead, coach, and help our team members grow in a positive and fun environment
- Deliver outstanding customer service and brand experience
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures and policies
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and operational excellence
- Manage team rostering, stock-take,



and stock ordering
- Support the rollout of promotions, marketing campaigns and new product launches

About You:

- You’re a people person who loves developing and inspiring a team
- You’re highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- You’re a confident communicator who is proactive and takes initiative

Previous experience in management or at Chatime is preferred but not required.
