This full-time Scheduling Officer role at Custom Built Wardrobes & Shower Screen's based in Minto, NSW, provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to join a agile and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the company's job allocation process and providing comprehensive administrative support across various functions.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate daily jobs schedule
Allocate the right technician to the right job based on skill, location and priority
Prioritise urgent jobs to meet deadlines
Communicate job updates to clients
Providing administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and general office duties
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required
Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
Collaborating with team members within manufacturing to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency
What we're looking for
Experience in scheduling (preferably trades or services)
Strong organisational and time management skills,
with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks effectively
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work
Proficient in the use of a computer
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
