About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in buying. While previous experience in a buying or homewares role is highly regarded, it isn't essential. If you're organised, curious, have a great eye for detail and a genuine interest in home décor and furniture, we'd love to hear from you.

Working alongside our Homewares & Furniture Buyers, you'll provide day-to-day support across a variety of buying and administrative tasks while learning all aspects of the buying process.

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting the Homewares & Furniture Buyers with the day-to-day management of product ranges.
- Assisting with sourcing, purchasing and replenishing products.
- Preparing purchase orders and maintaining accurate product and supplier information.
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory planning
- Communicating with suppliers to coordinate orders, delivery schedules and product information.
- Working closely with stores,



warehouse and other internal teams to ensure products are delivered smoothly.
- Providing general administrative support to the buying team.

About You

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working as part of a team and has a passion for homewares, interiors and design.

You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience in retail, administration, merchandising or buying (highly regarded but not essential).
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confidence working with numbers and good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A positive, reliable and team-focused approach.
