We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our Coffs Harbour Asphalt business. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient management of asphalt manufacturing, asphalt contracting and spray seal operations, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction and strong financial performance across the region.

Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will play a critical role in delivering successful outcomes while fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team while maximising business performance, profitability and sustainable growth.

Your day will involve:

- Leading a strong safety-first culture across the business.
- Managing the successful delivery of projects and contracts.
- Coaching and developing employees to build high-performing teams.
- Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

- Collaborating with manufacturing, logistics, technical and support teams.
